Elk Creek Combined Driving Event

The Elk Creek Combined Driving Event marked its 12th year at Fair Hill NRMA. This “low key – no frills” driving event drew 66 competitors from 14 states and Canada. As Maryland’s only ADS Combined Driving Event, it is encouraging to see so many traveling to Fair Hill for this driving competition. Performances by the very small to the very tall equines wowed the spectators, and three horse teams and two pony teams added to the excitement for those who were unfamiliar with the sport. Elk Creek CDE is a free admission event that has filled the gap for those who missed watching this unique event when it was a part of the Fair Hill International.
