Thirty-nine competitors began this year’s Dutta Corp Fair Hill International CCI3* and 32 completed. Leading the division from start to finish was California rider Frankie Thieriot Stutes riding Chatwin. The pair scored a 27.3 on day two of dressage and jumped clean throughout the weekend to remain in the top spot.

In the CCI2*, the standings after Saturday’s cross-country run remained basically the same with U.S. Olympian Boyd Martin coming out on top riding On Cue. The pair finished the competition on its dressage score of 23.7. In second place was Emily Beshear of Virginia riding the Maryland-bred Olney Uncle Sam, owned by Jennifer Eisenbrandt of Cockeysville. Along with Martin, Beshear also finished the weekend on her dressage score, 26.8.

Also in the CCI2*, Ryan Keefe continued to impress by jumping clean aboard Flintstar. The pair finished in 11th place on a dressage score of 36.2. Alexandra MacLeod jumped clean riding Newmarket Jack with one time fault to finish 31st. Tayler Stewart and Ideal Contini dropped a rail and added three time faults to their score to finish in 34th place. Hannah Hawkins and Courtney Sendak both had eight jump faults. Hawkins and Didgeridoo finished in 37th while Sendak and DGE TheManInTheGlass also had eight time faults to finish 44th.

Back in the CCI3*, Marylanders Savannah Fulton and Ema Klugman moved up the standings. Fulton and Captain Jack jumped clean with six time faults to finish in 25th. Klugman rode Bendigo to an eight jump fault round to finish in 29th.
