NEW Strides for Equality Equestrians Eventing Camp!

Strides for Equality Equestrians (SEE) is expanding its scholarship program by adding an eventing camp this October. The inaugural Ever So Sweet Camp will provide a fully-funded weekend experience for Equestrians of Color of any age to train with upper-level professional rider Sara Kozumplik at Overlook Farm in Virginia. The camp has been funded by funded this year by Edy Rameika.

Strides for Equality Equestrians (SEE) is an allyship program for the equestrian community that was founded in 2020. The program seeks to address the lack of racial and ethnic diversity in equestrian sports by supporting access programs and professional pathways for BIPOC equestrians and by engaging and educating allies.

Since 2020, SEE has awarded two annual scholarships to BIPOC equestrians across the country with the first recipient being Marylander Helen Casteel. You can read more about Helen and her SEE experience on equiery.com here: https://equiery.com/helen-casteel-wins-see-scholarship/
