On December 15, 2025, US Equestrian announced that Laila Edwards of Annapolis has been selected to participate in the 2026 USEF Dressage Training Series East Coast Clinic. The clinic will be held from January 2-4, 2026, at Wellington International in Florida.
Edwards qualified automatically by finishing in the top three of the USEF Young Rider National Championships on her 15-year-old Dutch Warmblood mare, Farah-Jade.
According to US Equestrian, the Dressage Training Series is designed to identify and develop the next generation of top U.S. Dressage team athletes and includes mounted and unmounted sessions with top professionals on topics related to riding, competing, and horse care.
