UPDATE: Anne Hackney was found earlier this afternoon and is home safe and sound.
Anne Hackney (83), breeder of the Glencoe Welsh Ponies and Honorary Director of the Maryland Pony Breeders, went missing in Sullivan County, PA on Monday morning. She was last seen at her home on Pennsylvania Avenue in Eaglesmere (PA) and was driving a blue Subaru Impreza. Hackney is 5’4” and weighs 100 lbs with silver hair. Officials believe she may be at special risk of harm or injury.
