Tayler Stewart is currently the top placing Marylander in the CCI2* going into cross-country.

After two days of dressage, US riders Heather Morris and Frankie Thieriot Stutes lead the CCI2* and CCI3*, respectively, at the 2018 Dutta Corp Fair Hill International.

The top Marylander in the CCI2* is Tayler Stewart riding Ideal Contini. Stewart scored a 30.9 to sit in 24th place out of 65 riders. Hannah Hawkins and Didgeridoo scored a 34.4 and are currently in 39th place. Courtney Sendak scored a 35.8 riding DGE TheManInTheGlass and is now in 45th place. Alexandra MacLeod sits in 49th place with a 36.1 riding Newmarket Jack. Ryan Keefe and Flintstar scored a 36.2 and are in 50th.

Jennifer Eisenbrandt’s Trakehner gelding Olney Uncle Sam was ridden into the top 10 of the CCI2* by Emily Beshear of Virginia. Beshear and Olney Uncle Sam scored a 26.8 for 7th.

In the CCI3*, Colleen Rutledge and Confidence Game are in 36th after scoring a 47.9 in dressage. Savannah Fulton is right behind her in the standings with Captain Jack on a 48.9. Ema Klugman is in 38th place with Bendigo on a 52.1.

MB MaiStein topped a field of 37 horses in the East Coast Young Event Horse 5-Year-Old Championship. Riden by Tamra Smith for MB Group LLC, the Oldenburg gelding earned a final score of 88.29 for the win.

Courtney Cooper rode her own Irish Sport Horse/Dutch Warmblood gelding R River Star to win the East Coast YEH 4-Year-Old Championship. Cooper and her husband Neal Camens bred the gelding that scored an 83.24 to take the top spot out of 16 horses.
