Local police are investigating how and why new pasture fencing, installed by Kelly Reiter, owner of Flying Duck Farm in Hernwood, was ripped out. Reiter and her family has installed the fencing about a month prior on pasture she is leasing from Lafarge, which owns and operates the nearby quarry.
