Maryland Region show jumpers Addison Kasley, Annabel Kaufman and Julia Perez of Waredaca Pony Club with Ashley Button of Iron Bridge Hounds Pony Club arrived in KY Monday afternoon with their horses and ponies.
The U.S. Pony Club Festival of Champions starts this week and over 100 members from the Capital (MD, VA), Maryland (MD, PA) and Delmarva (MD, PA, DE, NJ) regions are on their way to the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY to compete. Competitors qualified for Champs through a series of regional rallies all spring and summer in Quiz, Dressage, Show Jumping, Eventing, Tetrathlon and Mounted Games.
There are 65 kids from the Maryland Region attending, while 30 are from Capital Region and 26 from Delmarva Region. We wish all the members attending safe travels and best of luck!
